摘要
利用４ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ提取结合层析柱提纯，从大豆细胞壁物质（膳食纤维）中分离出ＰＲＦ６聚合物组分（即木糖葡聚糖），并对该组分的结构特征作了详尽的剖析。
A PRF6 polymer xyloglucan was isolated from soybean call wall material(dietary fibre)through 4mol/L NaOH extraction and chromatography column purification and the structural features of it were characterized.
