摘要
通过对轴承套圈工作状态的运动学和力学分析,明确了轴承工作时内圈先于静止外圈表面产生疲劳剥落的原因;阐述了轴承外圈外圆表面出现的残余拉应力现象和原因,并提出一种可改善轴承零件加工表面残余应力状态的预应力硬态切削方法。理论分析和实验结果证明,该方法可使轴承零件加工表面产生残余压应力,提高轴承的接触疲劳寿命。
Why rotated inner rings of bearing always produce tired flaking before a rotated outer ring of that is analyzed through the study of kinematics and mechanics for working state of bearing. Inner races and outer ring of bearing is important surface for bearing to bear load is pointed out by expatiating the phenomenon and cause of residual stress on surface of bearing outer race, and a method of pre-stress hard machining is put forward to improve the state of machined surface for bearing part. It is analyzed and proved by theory and experiment that this method can produce residual compressive stress to increase the contact tired life of bearing.
