摘要
基于遗传算法建立了装配序列生成模型,对装配序列进行优化生成。为提高优化效率,该算法将装配方向作为已知数据给出,并引入子装配体进行分层规划。最后,以蜗轮减速器装拆序列规划为实例验证该方法的有效性。
To optimize the sequences of assembly, proposes a method using the genetic algorithms (Gas) to improve efficiency. In this method, the direction of assembly is given and assembly sequences are predigested through applying the concept of subassembly. Finally, a practical example of worm wheel reducer is introduced to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
