摘要
在铝塑复合板生产中,熔融物料的温度是一个重要参数。温度的变化对铝塑板质量有很大的影响,所以如何测量和控制铝塑板生产线中料筒温度值得研究。合理分布料筒长度方向的温度取样点,通过虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW和数据采集卡DY PCI2003处理采集到的信号,实现16路温度信号的采集与处理,并采用模糊理论借助于可编程控制器(PLC)实现温度的控制;有效地减少温度耦合,达到节能的目的。
During aluminum-plastic composite plate production, melted material temperature is important parameter. The temperature variety greatly affects the quality of aluminum-plastic composite plate. It is important to study how to measure and control the temperature. Each section temperature of material tube is gathered, at the same time, the measurement of 16 channels is realized through LabVIEW-virtual instrument software and PCI2003. The temperature control is accurately realized by means of PLC based on fuzzy theory. Temperature coupling is decreased effectively ; energy is reduced as well.
