摘要
采用数值模拟的方法,结合正交试验原理,研究矩形盒在曲边锥面压料下拉深成形过程中的压边力、摩擦系数、板坯切角量、肩圆角半径对成形极限的影响,分析总结四种因素影响成形性能的主次顺序及各因素变化时相应成形极限的变化趋势,确定了一组最佳参数组合。
Apply the method of numerical simulation, combined the theory of orthogonal test, the fact of effect to the forming limit such as blank-hold force,coefficient of friction,chamfer of blank, radius of shoulder corner in the drawing process is researched, the order of chief to secondary which is effect the forming limit is defined as well as the tendency of forming limit depth as the effect changed. At last defined a group of best combination parameters.
