高精度双薄膜夹具的设计与计算

摘要 针对高精度薄壁套筒类零件孔加工的特点,设计一种高精度可调式双薄膜夹具。利用该夹具夹紧力均匀、调整方便的特点对高精度薄壁套筒类零件孔进行磨削加工,同时根据加工零件的结构、尺寸及技术要求,对夹具的受力进行分析,进而对切削力、弹性膜片的力矩、张角、屈服应力极限等重要参数进行校核计算,确保夹具设计的正确性及可靠性。 Aiming at the difficulty in processing the bore system of high precision thin-film sleeve part like that,a sort of high precision and adjustable double membrane fixture is designed. With its' characteristic of the uniform forces in nipping, high precision and the convenience in adjusting,the high precision thin-film sleeve parts can be ground well. At the same time,according to the structure, size and technical specifications of differenet processing parts, the force analyzing for this fixture has been carried out. Furthermore such important parameters as cutting force,moment of force of elastic film,field angle and stress limit have been calculated and verified, ensuring the correctness and dependability of the fixture in design.
