摘要
基于OpenGL开发了对称内啮合平行分度凸轮机构的设计与运动仿真系统。该系统能完成机构参数的自动综合和凸轮轮廓的自动生成,进行具有真实感的运动仿真,验证机构参数设计是否合理和各构件在运动过程中是否发生干涉等。应用该系统提供的可视化设计环境,可大大提高新机构产品设计的效率和质量。
The design and simulation system of symmetric inner meshing parallel indexed cam mechanism were developed based on OpenGL. This system could complete the parameters automatic synthesis of the mechanism and the automatic generation of cam profile, carrying out movement simulation with sense of reality, test and verifying whether the parametric design of mechanism is reasonable or not and whether the interference occurred on each component during the course of movement or not etc.. Utilizing the visualized designing environment provided by this system could greatly enhance the efficiency and quality of new mechanism's product design.
