大吨位高效节能型带式输送机的结构创新设计

摘要 借鉴消化国外输送机械新技术,创新设计出具有全封闭式结构、拆卸性结构及全程底板耐磨设计特点的带式输送机;用于支承输送带的一种哑铃型整体式托辊,及用于自动清扫尾段积料的风叶畚斗式积料清扫器为其专有技术,这些结构及技术保证了带式输送机整机性能优良,输送量高、带速快,高效节能。 Draw on the experience of digesting the foreign new technique of conveyance machinery, a belt conveyer was designed innovatively with the designing characteristics of completely closed structure, disassemble-ness structure and wearresisting bottom plate in the while course. A kind of dumbbell typed entirety supporting roller used for supporting the carrying belt and the wind leaf bucket-dustpan typed accumulated material mopping up device employed in sweeping up the accumulated material in the tail section were their patent techniques. These structures and techniques guaranteed the belt conveyer with an excellent performance in the entire machine, and with a high conveying capacity, a rapid belt velocity and a super-efficient energy saving.
