摘要
以纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和蛋白酶等组成的复合酶对旧报纸进行脱墨,得到了废纸脱墨优化的工艺条件为:酶用量0.2IU/g,碎浆浓度15%,脱墨时间35min。按此工艺条件进行验证实验,脱墨浆的油墨残留量为34mm2/g、白度71.96%SBD,得率91%,抗张指数33.70N·m/g,撕裂指数2.80mN·m2/g。用此复合酶进行脱墨,不但能大大降低油墨的残留,也能提高纸浆的白度,并且脱墨浆得率较高,实现了脱墨、漂白的双重功能。
The compound enzyme which contains cellulase, xylanase and protease was used for deinking of the old newsprint and the optimized technological conditions were obtained: enzyme dosage 20 IU/g, pulping consistency 15% and deinking time 35min. Under this condition, a confirmatory experiment was carried out with the following result: the ink residue is 34 mm^2/g, the brightness is 71.96%SBD, the yield is 91%, the tensile index is 33.70N·m/g, and the tearing index is 2.80 mN·m^2/g. To deink with the compound enzyme, the ink residue can be reduced greatly, and brightness can be improved to a large extent, and the yield is higher thus achieving a double effect of deinking and bleaching.
