This article describes the improvement on the TMP sodium hyposulphite bleaching system and analyzes the factors affecting bleaching effect. The result shows that low pH value and long storage time of sodium hyposulphite resulted in the decomposition of sodium hyposulphite in acidic and oxygen conditions and the decrease of brightness gain, and great variation of new and old wood proportion resulted in the brightness variation. The problems and experience in production are also summarized.
