随着日本经济开始复苏与好转,纸浆、纸与纸板的生产量、消费量均有不同程度的增加;废纸出口量大幅增长,中国是其主要出口地。日本造纸业发展中的主要问题包括:原料供应、能源利用、环境保护等,尤其是原料问题,在进一步推进废纸回收利用的同时,积极扩大在国外的原料林基地建设。

With the recovery and improvement of Japanese economy, the production and consumption of pulp, paper and paper board are all increasing to different degrees, the export volume of waste paper is greatly increased with China as the major import country. The major problems of Japan＇s papermaking industry in development include the material supply, utilization of energy and environmental protection etc. with raw material as the urgent one. With the advance of reutilization of waste paper, the construction of overseas raw material forestry basis should be boosted.
