摘要 传统上实施红外无损检测对人员和经验的依赖性强;使用红外热像仪测得表面存在缺陷的管道红外热像和温度场分布数据,基于图形化编程语言LabVIEW开发了红外无损检测数据分析系统;该数据分析系统具备求温度分布极值、多项式拟合、样条滤波、中值滤波、傅立叶变换、功率谱分析等数据处理和分析功能,适应性强。该数据分析系统用于红外无损检测中的缺陷识别和定位十分有效。 Traditionally, infrared non---destructive testing strongly depends on personnel and experience. Using the data and infrared im age of pipe with defect measured, infrared non destructive testing data analysis system based on LabVIEW of the graphic program language is developed. The data analysis system has the function such as finding the maximum and the minimum of temperature, polynomial fitting, spline filter, median filter, Fourier transform and power spectront analysis. The data analysis system has strong adaptability. This data a nalysis system is very effective in recognizing and pitching the defect during the infrared non destructive test.
