摘要
为了开发出治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新型医疗器械,引入三维整复的理念,集成机械、计算机和自动控制技术,设计出微机控制的腰椎病三维整复按摩机;介绍了控制系统的原理和结构,进行了系统硬件设计,开发了系统应用软件,提高了该医疗设备的自动化水平,减轻了医务人员的工作强度;经运行测试证实,该系统性能稳定,运行可靠,操作简便,人机界面友好,具有良好的应用效果。
In order to develop the new type of medical equipment for the treatment of lumbar discherniation , we introducing an idea of the three-dimension taxis, integrating the tnechanisnt, computer and auto control technologies in one system and designed the three- dimension taxis massaging machine which aids computer control to cure lumbar vertebrae disease. Then we introduced the principle and structure of controlling system were introduced, the system hardware and application soflware were developed, improving the machine' s auto matic level andd lightened the work intensity of the medical staff. The running test confirmed that, with a friendly human--computer interface &. a belier application effect, the system has functi7oned steadily, worked reliably and can be operated easily.
