摘要 大马力推土机终传动齿圈材料为47Mn钢,模数为8,采用500kW/2500Hz电源沿齿廓整体中频感应加热、自来水埋水喷淬,在齿圈的齿顶或齿根处常常出现淬火裂纹。后采用PAG水溶性聚合物喷淬,并进行了加热工艺和聚合物浓度方面的试验,既达到了齿圈的技术要求,又消除了淬火裂纹。经过批量生产,齿圈的质量非常稳定,提高了推土机的可靠性。 Quenching cracks will come freguently on the top or the root of ring gear when final transmission ring gear for heavy bulldozer, with modele being 8 and material being 47Mn steel, is heated integrally by mid-frequency power supply of 500kW/2500Hz along the tooth outline, immersed in flowing plain water and hardened. After the ring gear is jet quenched by using PAG aqueous soluble polymer and the test for both heat process and polymer concentration are made, the specification of the ring gear is satisfied and quenching crack is eliminated. Mass production indicates that quality of the ring gear is quite stable, thus dependability of the bulldozer is improved on.
