摘要
机械零件的模糊可靠性优化设计对常规设计理论进行了推广,把零件失效处理成一种逐渐发 生的过程,因而具有广泛的灵活性和适应性,且能比较客观地逼近工程实际情况,比常规可靠性设计可以 得到更好的设计结果。对直齿圆柱齿轮传动进行模糊可靠性优化设计,设计出的方案更经济、合理、适用。
The fuzzy reliability design of machine output is popularized the routine design theory, and made the components expiration become a process taking place gradually. Therefore the design will have extensive flexibility and adaptability. It can approach the actual conditions of the project more objectively, and can gct better design result than the routine reliability design. The plan carrying on the fuzzy reliability optimization design to the spur gear drive will be more economical, reasonable and suitable.
