摘要
目的:观察7.5%氯化钠(NaCl)快速注入对出血性休克犬生化的影响。方法:取5条杂种犬,失血至平均动脉压5.33- 6.70kPa且维持此血压1h后,2min内静脉注入7.5%NaCl(4ml/kg),观察4h。分别于失血前、给药前.给药后30min、 给药后3h检查血钾(K+)、钠(Na+)、氯(Cl-)及肌酐(Cr)。结果:失血后Cr高于失血前(P<0.05)。给药后30 min K+较给药前低(P<0.05);Na+及Cl-均较给药前升高(P<0.01).Na+最高者达到了219mmol/L;Cr无明显变化。给 药后3 h K+比给药后30 min明显升高(P<0.05);Na+、Cl-及Cr均无明显变化,其中Cr呈上升趋势。结论:7.5% NaCl快速注入对出血性休克犬的生化有明显影响。
Objective:To observe the effects of rapid infusion of 7.5% sodium chloride(NaCI) on the biochemistry of hemorrhagicshocked dogs Methods;Five mongrel dogs were bled to mean arterial pr-essure 5 33-6.70kPa and maintained for 1 hour.Each dog received 7.5% NaCl(4ml/kg)intravenously,the infusion time was 2 mins. Then observed 4 hoursPlasma Na+,k+,Cl-and Cr concentration was detected before hemorrhage, before drug inf-usion. 30 mins and 3 hrs after drug infusion. Results: The plasma Cr after hemorrhage was higher than t-hat before hemorrhage (P〈0.05) ,The plasma k+ concentration at 30 rains after drug infusion was bower than that before drug infusion (P〈0.05),The plasma Na+.Cl- concentration at 30 mins after drug infusion was higher than that before drug inf-usion(P〈0.01).the highest plasma Na+ concentration was 219mmol/L but there was no change of Cr concentration. The plasma K+ concentration at 3 hrs after drug infusion was higher than that 30 mins after drug infusion(P 〈0.05), but no changes of Na+. Cl-. Cr despite Cr appeared elevation. Conclusion:Rapid infusion of 7.5% NaCl do great effects on the biochemistry of hemorrhagic shocked dogs.
