Duel Effects of City-bound Rural Workers and Problems Concerned on Establishing Harmonious Industrial Relations

建立和谐的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的重要内容,在我国经济体制改革过程中出现的特殊劳动群体———农民工,对和谐劳动关系的建立有积极的影响。然而,由于现存的政策、制度等方面的原因,他们与用人单位建立劳动关系的过程中,出现了许多不和谐的现象。对此,必须采取有效的措施,使农民工真正成为工人阶级的重要组成部分,并保护他们的合法权益,建立和谐的劳动关系。

Harmonious industrial relations are one important constitution of harmonious society. City- bound rural workers, one special working group appearing in the process of reforming the economic system in China, exert positive influence on constructing harmonious industrial relations. However, due to some reasons underlying the current policies and institutions, quite a few inharmonious phenomena have popped up in the process of forming industrial relations. Effective measures should be taken to ensure workers＇ position as an important part of the working class, to protect their legitimate rights and to build harmonious industrial relations.
