Some Weak Link and Problems that Demand Prompt Solution of Popularizing an Elementary Knowledge of Law Education in China

我国普法教育工作虽然取得了一些成绩,但问题也不少,主要包括:普法深度不够,同时在思想认识上也存在问题,而且有些部门有法不依,执法不严,特别是普法的组织机构不健全,再加上普法宣传缺乏亲和力,都严重影响和制约了普法工作的成效。

Although China has some achievement in the work of popularizing an elementary knowledge of law education, there are some problems such as shallow law education and ideological shortcoming. Some departments cannot implement and execute the law. There are imperfect organizations of popularizing an elementary knowledge of law education and lacking appetency. All of these influence and restrain the effects of popularizing an elementary knowledge of law education.
