学习动机是指直接推动学生进行学习的一种内部动力,是激励和指引学生进行学习的一种需要,对学生的有效学习具有极大的影响。据笔者调查,在中职生中,存在一定的厌学现象,其根本原因就在于学习动机的缺乏。因此,了解影响学习动机的因素,有效地调适、培养和激发学生的学习动机势在必行。

Study motivation is a kind of inner impetus to drive students＇ study, which is also a requirement to prompt and direct students in their study. According to the investigation, students in vocational schools are often tired of study, and the root reason lies in the lack of study motivation. It becomes necessary for teachers to learn the influencing factors of study motivation, and adopt methods of effective adjustment, training and inspiring.
