摘要
目的了解理工中专生应激性生活事件与其心理健康的关系。方法对整群随机抽取的理工中专生,用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查分析。结果理工中专生SCL-90各因子评分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.001或P<0.05)。生活事件各因子除与强迫症状无显著相关外,与SCL-90其他因子均存在显著的正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论理工中专生应激性生活事件与其心理健康关系密切。减少应激性生活事件,可以降低对理工中专生心理健康的影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between stressful life events and the mental health of junior college students of science and technology , and to provide basic information for reducing influence of stressful life events on junior college students of science and technology. Methods The stressful life events and the mental health of junior college students who were selected from Dongguan Science and Technology School with a random sampiing were tested respectively using Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC) and Symptom Check List ( SCL-90). Results All factor marks of SCL-90 in junior college students of science and technology were higher significantly than that of ordinary youth( P 〈 0.001 or P 〈 0.05). Factors of life events had significant relation to factors of SCL-90 except for the force( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The relationship between stressful life events and the mental health of junior college students of science and technology is evident . It is important to protect the mental health of junior college students of science and technology by preventing their life events from happening.
