摘要
地铁转向架是地铁车辆的关键部件,在装车前及使用期间必须进行负载试验、指标检测、参数调整和性能分析.本文针对地铁转向架性能检验构建了计算机测控系统,在分析被控对象和控制要求的基础上,设计了基于模糊PID技术的数字控制器,从而实现加载过程的平稳控制,保证了静态测试的精度.
As the key equipment of a railway locomotive, the bogie is subject to load test, index measurement, parameter adjustment and performance analysis. This paper constructed a computer measurement and control system for railway bogie performance check. According to the object and the control demands, a digital controller was designed based upon the PID technology. With the controller, the loading procedure can be steadily controlled, and a satisfactory static test precision can be attained.
