摘要
本文中，作者概述了塑料废弃物回收利用的涵义、分类及难点。对我国塑料废弃物回收利用提出了几个值得考虑的问题，并且严肃地批评了“以进口塑料废弃物作为发展中国塑料加工业基础”的荒谬论点。
Abstract In thes poper the meaning,classification and difficulties of plastics waste recycling are described. The author points out some questions worthy of considerations for plastics waste recycling in China and criticizes seriously the absurd idea of 'Importing plastics waste as a foundation for the development of Chinese Plastics processing industry'.
