摘要
研究了毛细管挤出过程中HDPE/LDPE共混物熔体的胀大行为及其影响因素。结果表明:温度和挤出速率对挤出胀大比B值的影响较为明显;B与口模长径比之间大致上成反比关系,而与壁面剪切应力之间基本上成幂律关系;当混合比为50/50时,B出现极值现象。
The die swell behaviour and factors of HDPE/LDPE blend melt in capillary extrusion was studied. The results showed evident effect of temperatUre and extrusion rate on the die swell ratio B;the relationship between B and the die length-diameter ratio was proximately inverse proportion.but the relationship between B and the wall shear stress basically became power law,an extreme value for B was produced when the blending ratio was 50/50.
