农村数字图书馆投、融资问题及运营研究

Research on Problems and Management of Rural Digital Library Investment and Financing

数字图书馆是农村的信息化建设和知识经济时代发展农村生产力、跨越数字鸿沟的根本性手段,能够直接影响农村教育、文化、科技等各方面的发展.本文从经济学和管理工程的角度,对农村数字图书馆建设的投资、融资问题和运营问题进行了分析研究,提出了能够在农村以及不发达地区实现数字图书馆功能的投、融资方式和运营模式,对总课题的公益事业应用研究和项目推广提供了方法.

Digital library is an essential means for promoting rural productive force and bridging digital gap during the intellectual economy era. It directly impact the development of education, culture science and techonology in rural areas. From the economics and the management perspective, this paper takes great efforts in analyzing and proposing the investment and management pattern of the digits] library constructbn in rural and backwards areas, in addition, this paper gives a practical method of reaserch application and project popularization in public welfare issues.
