摘要
采用SBR工艺对养猪场现有废水处理工艺进行改造性实验.SBR系统需外加碱度约120 mg/l(以CaCO3计),pH控制在7.0以上,溶解氧在1~3 mg/l时,可防止亚硝化菌和硝化菌受到抑制.运用两段缺氧/好氧运行工况,COD去除率达到了75%,氨氮去除率达98%以上.后续可再接氧化塘或植物塘工艺,可使出水达到完全无害化排放.
Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) was studied to change and improve the treatment in existence of the piggery wastewater. SBR system needs about 120mg/l alkalinity (account by CaCO3) in addition. In order to avoid the choke back of nitritebacteria and nitrifying bacteria pH should be kept above 7.0, the DO remains between 1 - 3mg/ISBR and the process runs at Two-Part anoxic/ aerobic state. The removal rate of COD is about 75 % and the removal rate of NH3 - N is more than 98%. If the oxidation pond or hydrophyte pond can be used after the SBR process, the wastewater will be drained innocuously.
