内齿轮剃齿干涉的数值仿真研究

摘要 用空间啮合理论建立了内齿轮剃齿时展成干涉校核的数学模型,并给出了展成干涉与内齿轮和剃齿刀的齿数差、轴交角以及内齿轮的变位系数间的关系。该模型不仅可用于内齿轮剃齿时的展成干涉校核也为交错轴螺旋齿轮内啮合传动的干涉校核提供了方法。 A mathematical model for generative interference checking during intemal gear shaving is developed based on space meshing theory, and the relationship between the generative interference and the tooth number difference of intemal gear and that of the gear shaver, the angle between the gear axis and that of the shaver and the correction factor of the internal gear is also presented. The model can be used not only as the interference approach for the interference checking of internal checking for internal gear shaving, but also as an gears transmission with their axes interleaved.
