Research on the mechanics properties of Functional Gradient Materials Using an Improved Mixed-mode Approach

摘要 利用连续介质力学方法对复合材料的有效弹性模量进行了分析,以复合材料混合律模型,建立了一种改进的混合律方法,并给出了对有效弹性模量进行预测的改进公式。实例计算出的图例表明,以混合律公式比Voight模型、修正的混合率模型以及指数函数变化规律建立弹性常数的变化规律而得出的公式,更逼近梯度材料有效弹性模量的实验值,且实用有效。 In this paper the authors make use of continuum mechanics theory and mixed-mode of composites to proceed the analysis for the valid elastic modulus of composites, establish an improved method of mixed-mode and obtain the improved formula of dope out valid elastic modulus and an improved formula about change rule of Functionally Gradient Materials along direction of grads. A practical example performed shows that the improved formula is more close to the actual results and more valid than the values obtained from the formula established according to Vight model and Halpain-Tsai modified formula and exponential function.
