补阳还五汤与黄芪对心力衰竭豚鼠强心作用的比较

目的研究比较补阳还五汤注射液与黄芪注射液的强心作用。方法通过静脉注射戊巴比妥钠造成豚鼠急性心力衰竭后,分别给以补阳还五汤注射液与黄芪注射液,以左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室压力最大上升、下降速率(±dp/dtmax)为指标比较两种注射液对心力衰竭豚鼠的强心作用。结果两种注射液均使心力衰竭豚鼠LVSP、±dp/dtmax升高,但黄芪注射液的上升幅度高于补阳还五汤注射液,且起效时间较快。结论两种注射液均可提高戊巴比妥钠所致衰竭心脏的心肌收缩力,但黄芪注射液的作用更加明显。

Objective To compare the cardiotonic effects of two injections. Method The acute heart failure model was created by pentobarbital in vivo, then gave the two injections to the heart failure guinea pigs separately, and compared their cardiotonic effects in indices of LVSP and ±dp/dtmax. Results LVSP and ±dp/dtmax in guinea pigs heart injured by pento- barbital could be increased by the two injections, but the Astragalus injection increased rapidly and remarkably. Conclusion The two injections can strengthen the contractile force of the failure cardiac muscle and have the effect of cardiotonic activity, but the effect of astragalus injection is more obvious.
