Relationship between neural remodeling after myocardial infarction and ventricular arrhythmia

摘要 心肌梗死(MI)后存在神经变性、坏死、再生及神经重构现象,而神经重构使恶性室性心律失常和猝死的发生率增加。神经重构提出了一个新的研究课题,本文就MI后神经重构引起室性心律失常的机制的最新进展作一综述。 Myocardial infarction induces cardiac nerve degenerating,necrosis, regenerating and then remodeling. Abnormal neural remodeling increases the probability of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death. Neural remodeling became a new study topic . In this article, we mainly summarizelatest advancement of the mechanism how neural remodeling induces ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.
