摘要
提出了一种小型集成化的双通道实时图像融合系统的设计方案。该系统的核心处理器选用了适合视频处理的TMS320DM642最新高性能定点DSP,利用了DM642的特点,尤其是可配置的视频接口实现与视频编码单元和解码单元的无缝连接,缩小了系统板级尺寸,降低了功耗和成本。文中详细叙述了系统工作流程、外接存储器接口设计、多电压供电电源模块设计与监测、视频数据流的传输与控制等组成单元的功能、原理。分析结果表明,该硬件平台为多种融合算法验证、产品设计和SOC芯片级实现奠定了坚实的基础。
Aiming at the practical demands of dual-wave band infrared image fusion, a design scheme of small integrated system for the dual-channel real-time image fusion is proposed. The kernel processor adopted is TMS320DM642, the latest high-performance fixed-point DSP, which is suitable for process video signal. The board dimensions, the power consumption and the system cost are reduced through the characteristics of DM642, especially its configurable video ports which enable glueless connectivity to common video decoder and encoder devices. The work flow of the solution in detail, the function and principle of components, such as the external memory interface, the module of multi-voltage power supply and monitoring, the transport and control of digital video data stream are presented. The analysis result shows that the design of hardware platform is the solid base of many kinds of algorithm verification, production design and SOC realization for image fusion.
