摘要
对派克M3000沥青混合料搅拌设备粉尘回收装置进“行一分为二”的技术改造,最大限度地实现了以优质石屑代替天然砂,以回收粉代替矿粉生产沥青混凝土,并对其改造后的经济效益进行了对比分析,结果表明其降低了生产成本,获得了重大经济效益。
The dust recycling technologies for Parker M3000 asphalt mixing plant are modified objectively. The natural sands are replaced with better chips, the mineral powder are replaced with recycled dust. The economic benefits from the modification are analyzed and compared. The result shows that the modification can reduce production costs and get great economic benefits.
