摘要 以玉米芯为载体吸附酵母细胞,再以聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行包埋,于三角瓶中分批发酵。分析了在不同PVA浓度、硼酸浓度、玉米芯大小条件下固定化酵母颗粒的机械强度、传质性能和发酵性能,实验结果表明,pH6.4、PVA浓度为12%、玉米芯为4mm、硼酸浓度为4.5%时,固定化酵母发酵速度较快,产乙醇量较多,机械强度高,稳定性好,为最适宜的酵母细胞固定化条件。 The yeast cells were absorbed by corn cob as carrier and then wrapped by PVA as entrapping agents. The effect of different conditions of immobilization on its mechanical strength, mass transfer and the ability for producing alcohol were investigated by batch fermentation in shaking flasks. The experiment showed that optimal conditions were pH 6.4, PVA12 %, H3BO3 4.5 %, corn cob 4mm. Under those conditions, the fermentation rate was faster and the yield of alcohol was higher.
