摘要
采用旋转注射混合技术,将组分B以液滴形式与组分A混合。通过对组分B液滴的受力分析,导出了液滴半径(rd)的数学方程。由此可知:降低组分B注射流率,提高转子转速,增大环形混合室的内外半径比,减小注射孔半径,增大组分A粘度和组分B的表面张力,减小两组分密度,均可使rd减小,有利于提高分散混合效果。但是,上述各种措施均有一定负作用。
The component B was mixed in the component A in the form of droplets by the mixing mode of rotary injection. An equation of the droplet radius was obtained on the kinetic analysis of the droplet formation.This showed that the droplet radius could be reduced and the mixing could be improved by reducing the flow rate of the injection flow of the component B, enhancing the rotation speed of the rotor,narrowing the annular gap, reducing the radius of the injection port,increasing the viscosity of the component A and the surface tension of the component B,and reducing the densities of the components A and B, but each of these methods had some inevitable negative effects.
