摘要
综述了活性增强剂羧酸铝对NBR,BR,SBR,EPDM,含氟橡胶以及聚氨酯硫化胶的增强效果。结果表明,含羟基、氨基和乙烯基的羧酸铝具有较强的硫化促进作用,但加入量达到20份会出现焦烧。对氨基苯甲酸铝对NBR硫化胶增强效果最佳;当用量为15份时,拉伸强度达到最大值。乙烯基羧酸铝对混炼型聚氨酯,SBR,EPDM硫化胶增强效果最显著。含氨硫化胶和一步法聚氨酯,则是以邻氨基苯甲酸铝增强效果为最佳。
The reinforcement effects of NBR,BR,SBR,EPDM, chlorine-containing rubber and polyurethane vulcanized rubber with active reinforcer aluminum carboxylates were reviewed with 7 references. It was pointed out that aluminum carboxylates containing hydroxyl, amino and vinyl groups had stronger vulcanization accelerating effects but scorched by adding 20 phr of aluminum carboxylates. It had the best reinforcement effect on NBR vulcanized rubber with p-ABA. Rubber had the best tensile strength by adding 15 phr of aluminum carboxylates.
