摘要
以聚乙烯醇纤维和维尼纶纤维为增强纤维,研究了水化时间、养护方式和纤维对水泥石力学性能的影响。发现:随着水化时间的延长,水泥石力学性能提高;养护方式影响素水泥石的力学性能,但较小影响纤维增强水泥石的力学性能;少量纤维加入到水泥基体中,能有效提高水泥石的力学性能;较高强度模量的聚乙烯醇纤维的增强增韧效果优于较低强度模量的维尼纶纤维。
With PVA fibers or vinylon fibers as reinforced fibers, the effects of hydration time, hydration method and fibers on mechanical properties of cement pastes were studied. It was observed that: The mechanical properties of cement pastes were improved along with the increment in hydration time; The hydration method affected mechanical properties of plain cement pastes but hardly affected those of fiber reinforced cement pastes; The mechanical properties of cement pastes were improved effectively with a small amount of fibers inserted into cement matrix; The reinforcing and toughening effects of PVA fibers with higher strength and modulus were superior to that of vinylon fibers with lower strength and modulus.
