复合材料圆柱壳轴向压缩和碰撞的数值研究 被引量:4

Numerical simulation of quasi-static and dynamic crush experiment of composite cylindrical shells

摘要 运用M SC/DYTRAN有限元软件结合参数等效的方法,对复合材料圆柱壳的准静态轴向压缩和低速碰撞过程进行了数值模拟,获得了反映复合材料圆柱壳吸能能力的载荷位移曲线、峰值载荷、平均载荷等重要参数.将计算结果与试验结果进行对比,发现两者吻合较好,说明采用参数等效的方法可以得到复合材料结构耐坠撞性设计中需要的吸能数据. Numerical investigations of composite cylindrical shells, subjected to quasi-static and dynamic crush loading, were performed with the explicit finite element code MSC/DYTRAN together with the equivalent method for material properties. The data of contact force-deformation curve, peak load and sustaining load during the course of crush were obtained. Numerical results were compared with the experimental results presented by Zheng jinxin, good correlation was observed. One may conclude that it is possible to analyze the crashworthiness of composite structures by using the MSC/DYTRAN together with the equivalent method for material properties.
