摘要
根据梁的振动基本理论,寻求适合不同结构超声波电机的振动理论与振动方程,分析了环形和柱体两类超声波电机的振动特点、固有频率及主振型.研究得出:分析计算不同结构超声波电机的振动特性应采用不同的振动理论.伯努利欧拉梁理论可以用来估算大直径环形行波型超声波电机的振动特性,但计算柱体行波型超声波电机的振动特性时必须采用铁木辛柯梁理论.
Based on fundamental beam vibration theories, the vibration theories and vibration equations are recommended for different structure ultrasonic motors. The vibration mode, free frequency and principal mode of ring-type and cylindrical-type ultrasonic motors are analyzed. The results show that different vibration theories must be used for vibration characteristics of ultrasonic motors with different structure. The Bernoulli-Euler beam theory can be used to estimate the vibration of large diameter ringtype USM, but to calculate the vibration of cylindrical-type USM Timoshenko beam theory must be applied.
