摘要
将具有消炎、抗菌功效的蛋白酶与乙基纤维素薄膜以化学交联法聚合形成抗菌性薄膜,并对其抗菌性能进行了研究。利用紫外分光光度计测定酶膜中的酶在275nm处的吸光度,并比较各种条件下酶的活性,从而研究蛋白酶-乙基纤维素薄膜的抗菌效力与持久性。
The antibiotic membrane was obtained by chemical crosslinking of antiphlogistic antibiotic pankrin and ethyl cellulose. Its antibiotic performance was studied. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometer, determination of light absorbance of enzyme membrane at 275 nm and activity of enzyme under different conditions was carried out so as to investigate antibiotic efficiency and duration of the pankrin- ethyl cellulose membrane.
