基质金属蛋白酶与炎症性肠病 被引量:1

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是一组重要的蛋白分解酶,以能降解几乎所有的细胞外基质成分为主要特点,参与机体多种病理过程。炎症性肠病的病因和发病机制至今尚未完全明确,主要以持续的免疫反应通过一系列介质导致细胞外基质和粘膜的破坏为特点。MMP通过降解细胞外基质、介导细胞凋亡、影响血管生成等多种途径参与IBD及其并发症的发生、发展过程。加强对MMP的研究,有利于进一步深入探讨IBD的发病,对探索新的治疗方法具有重要意义。
