在测量不确定度评定中,如果数学模型复杂,要评定合成标准不确定度也相当复杂和困难。借助于Ex-cel的强大功能,为复杂数学模型的数据处理和评定测量不确定度提供了一种新的、方便而且快捷的方法。实践表明这一方法是方便和正确可行的。

Evaluation of combined standard uncertainty of the measurement for a complicate mathematical model is quite complex and difficult. A new fast and convenient method is proposed for using powerful function of the Excel to solve this problem. The experiment shows this method is convenient, correct and useful.
