共聚物MA—SA—AM—AA的反相乳液聚合及其阻垢分散性能

摘要 研究了以环己烷为分散介质,油/水比例为1.5,Span80—Tween80为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,用反相乳液聚合合成了多功能马来酸酐—氨基磺酸—丙烯酰胺—丙烯酸共聚物(MA—SA—AM—AA)。通过静态阻垢实验评定了该共聚物对水中CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢效果。探讨了共聚物分散氧化铁的能力及共聚物的用量、温度、pH值。水体硬度对阻垢率的影响。共聚物的合成工艺及应用符合环保要求,合成的阻垢剂具有耐高温、高硬度、宽pH值等优良阻垢性能。 Takeing hexanaphthenealkyl as the dispersion medium, the proportion of the oil / water being 1.5, Span80-Tween80 as the emulsifier and the potassium persulfate as the initiator , versatile multipolymer MA-SA-AA-AM was synthesized by reversion emulsion polymerization. The performance of scale inhibitor of muhipolymer is evaluated by scale static beaker tests of CaCO3, C03(PO4)2, CaSlh. The coplolymer disperse propoty for Fe203 and effect of inhibition with amount of reagent, temperature, pH value and hardenss were explored This synthesization technology, standing a favourable position nowadays, satisfies the demand of environunonlal protection. The synthesizing inhibition contains excellent inhibiting capability adapting to to high temperature, high hardness and a wide scale of pH.
