摘要
提出了一种合成对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯的新工艺。即以对二甲氨基苯甲醛为起始原料,经氧化、酯化两步反应合成对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯。着重讨论了合成关键步骤:氧化反应。找到了氧化反应较佳的反应条件:反应温度60℃,反应时间12 h,对二甲氨基苯甲醛与硝酸银的物质的量比为1∶2.1,托伦试剂的pH值为10,对二甲氨基苯甲酸收率达89.2%。对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯的总收率达81.7%。
A new technology of synthesizing isooctyl p - dimethylaminobenzoate were studied. With p - dimethylaminobcnzalolehyde as starting raw materials, isooctyl p - dimethylaminobenzoate was prepared in two step: oxidation and esterification, oxidationreaction was studied mainly , and the optimum reaction conditions are as follow: reaction temperature 60 ~C ; reaction time 12 h; molar ratio of P - Dimethylaminobenzalole hyde to silver nitrate 1.0:2.1; tollen reagent's pH = 10. P - dimethylaminobenzoic acid of yield can reach 89.2 %. Isooctyl p - dimethylaminobenzoate of total yield can reach 81.7 %.
