摘要
新型光稳定剂是近年来发展迅速的热门课题,2-氯-4,6-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪的合成是开发新型哌嗪系、受阻胺类光稳定剂的重要步骤,对用碳酸氢纳、氰尿酰氯、哌啶醇合成目标产物的反应机理进行了推测,并考察了不同反应条件对收率的影响,确定了该合成的最佳反应条件。
HALS development has been a problem with extensive concern for Chinese and foreign researchers nowadays. The synthesis of :2 - ehloro- 4,6- bis(2' ,2' ,6' ,6' - tetramethylpiernidinyl - 4' - oxy) - 1,3,5 - triazine is an important step in development of New HALS. Reaction mechanism was studied, The change of reaction yield under different condition was also studied. And the optimal conditions were obtained.
