摘要 分散式低压电机单机再起动控制有着广泛的应用需求。他不仅要求具有相当的可靠性、安全性、可维护性、可用性,还应具有良好的经济性。文中介绍了一种简单易用的低压电机单机再起动控制器的设计思想,着重说明了相关硬件模块的选择、再起动响应的实施步骤、与省电和电源控制相关的硬软件方法和基本功能实现。该系统投资少、体积小、应用方便灵活、功能简单可靠,已通过相关技术检测,成功应用到生产实践中。 The separate restarting control for single low -voltage motor has widely applying requirement. It requests the feature of considerable reliability,security,maintainability and usability and also the feature of economical use. A simple and maneuverable model of the restarting controller for single low - voltage motor is introduced in the article. It mainly concerns the selections of the related hardware modules,the process of the restarting response,the hardware and software processing method of power saving and power supply and the implementation of the basic functions. It possesses the character of low cost, small size, easy use and reliable functions. It has passed the necessary proof-test,and has been successfully applied in the production practice.
