SVG是由W 3C制定的用矢量描述图形的XM L应用标准。他具有可扩充性、动态的、可交互性等优点。SVG支持复杂的事件处理能力,并可以嵌入在XHTM L文档中,生成充分集成的高质量的W eb页面。介绍了SVG的概念和特点,并描述了SVG文档的基本结构以及基本的SVG形状,最后给出了在XHTM L中嵌入SVG文件的方法以及一个完整的文档实例。

SVG is a XML application standard for describe graphics by vectors,and which is drafted by W3C. SVG has some advantages such as extensible,dynamic and interactive. SVG can support ability of handle complicated events,and it can be embedded into XHTML documents, form a full integrated and well -quality Web page. The concept and character of SVG are introduced. The document structure and basic shapes of SVG are described. In the end,the ways of embedded SVG file into XHTML,and a whole document example are given.
