摘要
重点介绍了U SB总线在扭矩测量仪系统中的应用。以M SC 1210高精度24位智能模/数转换器为数据采集输入端,以通用U SB芯片PD IU SBD 12为传输通道,计算机为数据处理终端,组成一个完整的U SB数据采集系统;以硬件原理图为蓝图,阐述设计的关键技术,同时结合主要程序源代码,详细论述U SB总线设备的基本工作机理;通过对固件程序、驱动程序和应用程序的剖析,揭示固件抽象层和内核驱动层数据的传送机制,以及应用程序和驱动程序之间的数据通信的方式;进而得出U SB设备应用开发前景广阔的结论。
The emphasis is paid on the introduction of the Universal Serial Bus (USB) application in torque metre. The intelligent, 24 b sampling analog -to -digital converter with high -precision functions as the data acquisition input channel,the general USB chip PDIUSBD12 as transmitting channel, the computer as the data implementted terminal, which integrate one USB data acquisition system. By the blueprint of circuit scheme,the design of the key technology is illustrated ,at meanwhile, with the most of progrmming code, the basic mechanism theory of the USB device is dissertated in detail. By analysing the firmware, driver and application programme, the transmitting mechanism between hardware abstract and the driver layer, the data communication between the application and the driver programme are illustrated. The conclusion is drawn that the development of the USB device will have good foreground.
