摘要
利用工业废渣研制少熟料水泥,是解决工业废渣资源化的有效措施。煤矸石是工业固体废弃物中排放和堆存量最大的一种,针对煤矸石的组成特点,通过正交试验研制出较高标号的煤矸石少熟料水泥,其质量配比为w(煤矸石)∶w(熟料)∶w(CaO)∶w(石膏)∶w(激发剂)=60∶20∶10∶4∶5∶1;同时对该种煤矸石少熟料水泥的物理力学性能及耐久性进行了系统测试分析。研究表明,该煤矸石少熟料水泥性能优良,可用于工民建筑、大体积砼及水工工程等。
Producing low-clinker cement with industry waste slag is an effective way of industrial waste slag utilization. Coal-gangue is the most common industrial solid wastes with mass dumping and stocking, based on the component features of coal-gangue, highgrade low clinker cement was developed through cross experiment in proportion ω (coal-gangue):ω(clinker):ω(CaO):ω (gypsum): ω(activator)= 60:20:10:4:5:1; the analysis of the physical and dynamic characteristics and durability of this low clinker cement was conducted at the meantime. The study shows that coal-gangue low clinker cement possesses many advantages and may be widely used in fields such as civil construction, large concrete engineering and hydraulic engineering.
