Thought on Metaphysics of Modern Chinese Literature of the 20th Century——On the tradition of Modern Chinese Literature

现代中国文学家从直接的生存感受与迫切的精神需要出发,对形而上的人类本质问题、人类存在的终极问题,以及人性的渊源等领域进行了深层探究与持久询问,从而形成了现代中国文学的一种重要的精神传统。他们主要对“人”的本质问题与“人”的超越性精神追求问题进行了集中思考,提出了现代中国独特的人学命题,这成为真正意义上的“中国思想”。他们原创性的思想成果具有深广的现实思想意义,成为民族精神发展中的重要积累,对民族精神的成长以及民族精神境界的提升起到积极的推动作用。

From the direct experiences of existence and the urgent need of spirit, the modern Chinese writers inquired such fields as the essence of mankind of Metaphysics, ultimate problem of existence of mankind, and the deepth of human nature, thus formed a kind of important spiritual tradition of modern Chinese literature. They concentrate on two problems： the essence of mankind and the surmounting spirit pursue, it and put forward the unique proposition about human nature study of modern China, which becomes the real “Chinese thought”. Their original achievements of thought have deep and broad realistic significance, become important accumulation in the development of national spirit, and therefore play a positive role in the growth of national spirit, and the promotion of the national mentality.
