科学的教育发展观是科学发展观的重要组成部分。它认为:教育是人的教育,是对人的价值意义的认定,教育的目的是对人的身心发展有意识、有目的地进行直接影响,从而提高人的知识、技能和素质,发展人的智慧,陶冶人的情操,使人的个性得到发展。教育的可持续发展是把优先发展、全面发展、协调发展、平等发展观念注入教育发展的观念中。教育的发展不仅要自觉地把握和尊重教育的客观规律,而且还要尊重社会和经济发展的客观规律)并在此基础上有所创新。
