摘要
下岗失业人员的再就业培训作为我国积极劳动政策中的重要环节,实施效果却不尽人意。再就业培训投入大、见效慢,在理论和实务界都有反响。从人力资本理论的分析视角,在总结我国下岗失业人员人力资本特征的基础上,探讨再就业选择的影响,对再就业培训的效用和局限性做出了客观评价。
Training for re - employment is an important part of the positive labor policies, but did not get a satisfying effect. Because of the huge investment and low efficient, doubts have been raised from both theoretical and practical perspectives. According to the theories of human capital, the paper analyses the laid -off and unemployed workers'human capital, then discuses how the human capital affects reemployments.
